Tanner Buchanan (born December 8, 1998) is an American actor known for his roles in the ABC political drama series Designated Survivor (2016–2018) and the Netflix series Cobra Kai (2018–present).
Early Life
Buchanan was born in Burbank, California. He grew up in Los Angeles and developed an interest in acting at a young age. He plays the guitar and piano.
Career
Buchanan made his first on-screen appearance in a commercial before landing roles in various television series. He gained recognition for his role as Leo Kirkman in the ABC political drama series Designated Survivor. In 2016, he joined the cast of the Netflix series Cobra Kai, where he plays Robby Keene, the estranged son of Johnny Lawrence.
